Personal pickup

Our pickup point is in central Budapest. You can collect your order free of charge on weekdays 10:00–18:00 and on Saturdays 10:00–14:00. Both cash and card payments are accepted on pickup.

Home delivery by courier

If you choose home delivery, your package will be delivered by our logistics partner, Foxpost. The courier will notify you by email or SMS about the expected delivery time, narrowed down to a two-hour window. Contactless delivery is available when you pay by card.

How ordering works

1. Add the items you want to your cart.
2. Choose your payment and delivery method at checkout.
3. Enter your delivery address and double-check the details.
4. After finalising your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
5. We prepare your package, issue the invoice, and hand it over to the courier.

Cash on delivery

When paying on delivery, you pay the courier in cash or by card on receipt of the package.

1. You place the order in our webshop.
2. Our team prepares your package.
3. We issue the invoice and assign a tracking ID to the package.
4. You pay the full amount, including shipping, to the courier on delivery.

Cash on delivery shipping fee: 2,550 HUF

Card payment

You can also pay for your order online by card, so you do not need to have cash ready on delivery.

1. You place the order and pay by card via Simple Pay.
2. Our team prepares your package.
3. We issue the invoice and assign a tracking ID to the package.
4. The courier delivers your package CONTACTLESSLY since payment has already been completed.

Free shipping

• Orders over 25,000 HUF qualify for FREE home delivery.
• Any order can be picked up free of charge at our pickup point: Princess Fashion – 1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 49.
• Pickup hours: weekdays 10:00–18:00, Saturdays 10:00–14:00.
• You may try the item on at our pickup point — in this case the purchase is no longer classified as an online purchase.

Our shipping partner

Shipping is handled by our logistics partner, Foxpost Zrt. Please provide a delivery address where you or someone authorised by you can receive the package on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00 (e.g. a work address if nobody is home during the day).
