If you wish to become a customer or active user of our webshop, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and only use our services if you agree with all their points and consider them binding for yourself. This document is not filed; it exists only in electronic form. An online sales contract is concluded; it cannot be retrieved later and does not refer to a code of conduct.

The Seller guarantees to process and respond to received complaints within 30 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may seek legal remedies, the details of which are set out in section 16.

4. Range of products and services

The clothing products in the webshop can be ordered online via the interface available under the domain https://princessfashion.hu. Items can be picked up in person at our premises or delivered by courier service.

5. Product categories

Clothing products and accessories. Prices are displayed gross (including 27% VAT). Prices do not include the home-delivery fee or the cash-on-delivery surcharge. No separate packaging fee is charged.

6. Order information

Purchases are possible without registration. If you wish to compile cart contents quickly on subsequent visits, registration may be convenient. In line with EU Regulation 2018/302, our webshop does not apply geographic restrictions or differential pricing. We deliver ordered products within the European Union.

7. Order processing

Orders are processed on weekdays between 8:00 and 17:00. You can place orders outside these hours; they will be processed the next working day. Customer service always confirms the order by email. Standard fulfilment time: 3–7 working days from confirmation.

Images shown on product data sheets may differ from the actual product and in some cases serve as illustrations. We are not responsible for technical changes made by suppliers without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse confirmed orders in part or in full. Partial fulfilment may only occur after consultation with the customer. Pre-paid amounts will be refunded to the sender.

If you do not receive a confirmation after sending your order, please check your SPAM folder or contact us at the details provided.

8. Order steps

  1. Add the product you want to buy to the cart (size and colour selection may be required).
  2. Hover over the cart icon in the upper-right corner to view its contents, or proceed to enter your order details. Use the Cart button if you have a coupon code, or click Pay to proceed.
  3. You can shop as a guest or as a registered user.
  4. Enter your delivery / billing address.
  5. Choose a delivery / pickup method.
  6. Choose a payment method (online card / cash on delivery / pickup point).
  7. After verifying your details, click "Confirm order" to send your order. After sending, you can change the order details by contacting customer service, provided the package has not yet been handed over to our shipping partner.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

Orders may be placed without registration. Registration makes future purchases easier. Please pay close attention to the accuracy of your contact details. Incorrect email addresses prevent us from delivering confirmations; incorrect phone numbers prevent us from contacting you. We do not fulfil orders for products marked "0 HUF" or otherwise incorrectly priced due to technical or administrative errors.

9. Payment of the ordered product / home-delivery fee

For cash on delivery, you pay the courier upon receipt of the package. The total amount, based on the order summary and confirmation email, includes all costs. The invoice and warranty letter are included in the package. Please inspect the package in front of the courier on delivery; if you notice damage, request a report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept later complaints without such a report.

Card payment

For online card payment, after the requested data is provided the webshop redirects the customer from the payment-preparation page to Stripe's secure payment page, where the required card details are entered. The merchant has no knowledge of the data on the Stripe payment page, as it is an independent and protected website.

10. Home-delivery information

Our webshop's orders are primarily delivered by Hungarian Post Ltd. (MPL) and Foxpost Zrt. We also work with GLS Hungary Ltd. and Packeta Hungary Ltd. Parcels are delivered on working days between 8:00 and 18:00.

If you are not at home during this period, you may want to provide your work address as the delivery address. The courier service will attempt delivery at least twice and will always send notification by email or SMS. On request, the delivery time can be agreed with the courier.

11. Home-delivery fees

  • Card payment within Hungary: gross 1,950 HUF
  • Cash on delivery within Hungary: gross 2,550 HUF
  • Orders over 25,000 HUF within Hungary: FREE shipping
  • Personal pickup at our pickup point: FREE

For shipping outside Hungary, prices may vary. For each order we provide a preliminary calculation, which we send to the customer; the package is dispatched once the customer approves the shipping cost.

12. Notice on parcel acceptance

By sending the order, you incur a payment obligation. Please order only products you can actually pay for to the courier upon receipt. Re-shipping of unaccepted, returned parcels is only possible after the value of the parcel has been transferred in advance.

13. Information on warranty, product warranty and guarantee

13.1 Warranty (kellékszavatosság)

In case of defective performance by S.Princess Ltd., you may enforce a warranty claim against the company under the rules of the Hungarian Civil Code.

You may, at your choice, request repair or replacement, unless the chosen claim is impossible to fulfil or would entail disproportionate additional costs for the company. If you cannot request repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate price reduction, repair the defect at the company's expense (or have it repaired), or — as a last resort — withdraw from the contract.

You must communicate the defect immediately upon discovery, but no later than two months. Beyond the two-year limitation period from the date of performance, warranty rights can no longer be enforced. Within six months of performance, communication of the defect is the only condition for enforcing your warranty claim, provided you can prove the product was supplied by S.Princess Ltd. After six months, the burden of proof shifts to you to show the defect existed at the time of performance.

13.2 Product warranty

As a product-warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product. A product is considered defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when placed on the market or does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.

You may enforce your product-warranty claim within two years from the date the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer, against the manufacturer or distributor. The burden of proving the defect lies with you.

The manufacturer (distributor) is exempt only if it can prove that the product was not manufactured or placed on the market in the course of its business; the defect was not recognisable according to the state of science and technology at the time of placing on the market; or the defect arises from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.

You cannot simultaneously enforce a warranty and a product-warranty claim for the same defect.

13.3 Guarantee (jótállás)

In case of defective performance, S.Princess Ltd. is obliged to provide a guarantee under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22). The guarantee period is one year. The company is required to provide the guarantee certificate together with the consumer goods, in a form that ensures legibility until the end of the guarantee period.

The company is exempt from its guarantee obligation only if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance.

14. Right of withdrawal / cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Similarly, in the case of a service contract that has begun to be performed, you have 14 days to cancel without giving any reason. The withdrawal / cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation, send a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email) to: S.Princess Ltd., 1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 49. – info@princessfashion.hu. You may also use the template declaration in section 17.

Effects of withdrawal / cancellation

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising because you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your declaration. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly consent to a different method; you will not incur any additional costs as a result. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you prove that you have returned it, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the product to S.Princess Ltd., 1061 Budapest, Andrássy út 49., without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period expires. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The returned goods must have the product label and the logo, attached to its original place. The product must not be damaged or used.

For size or colour exchanges, a new order must be placed via the webshop interface.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 29(1) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26), the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

  • service contracts where the service has been fully performed at the customer's request;
  • products produced according to the customer's instructions or clearly personalised;
  • perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
  • sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened;
  • contracts concluded at a public auction;
  • other cases listed in the cited regulation.

16. Legal remedies

Consumer protection (district office)

18. Other provisions

Matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26), and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues relating to electronic commerce services and information-society services. By browsing the webshop and submitting an order, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of S.Princess Ltd.
